The CAFM World, as a satellite event of the BIM World MUNICH, presented by CAFM RING e.V. and gefma, brings together companies, solution providers, and FM managers. The focus is on digital processes, connected data, ESG requirements, and the question of how to make the operation of buildings smarter and more economical. For two days, the exhibition, breakout sessions, and congress program offer insights into current solutions and developments around the digital transformation of facility management and property operations.

BIM Town is the area for start-ups, new technologies, and investors at the BIM World MUNICH. Young companies can present their solutions for the digital transformation of planning, construction, operations, and environment, make connections, and introduce their business models to an international professional audience. A highlight is the final of the 9th Smart Building / Smart Construction Innovation World Cup® on November 25, 2026, on the Main Stage. An international jury evaluates the finalists based on innovation level, market approach, economic potential, and sustainability. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

The BIM Studio 365 is the video and interview channel of the BIM World MUNICH. Our colleague Silke Welther talks on site with experts, companies, and start-ups about current projects, technologies, and developments in construction, real estate, and urban development. The interviews are conducted not only during the BIM World MUNICH but also at other BIM events in Germany, such as the buildingSMART User Day. Thus, the BIM Studio accompanies the industry throughout the year and brings assessments, practical examples, and news directly from the events to the web.
