Thomas Riedel studied construction informatics and then worked as a lecturer at Bauhaus University Weimar. He subsequently spent extended periods abroad as a BIM and GIS manager for the Lusail City urban development project in Qatar and on major infrastructure projects in Australia, including WestConnex and Sydney Metro. He is now BIM Strategy Project Manager at OTTO WULFF Bauunternehmung GmbH.
